What does it mean if you see your tracking number but the shipment hasn’t been picked up yet?
Our warehouse is operating as usual, and orders are typically ready to ship within 1-2 days. However, due to the increased shipping volumes across all major carriers in Canada, there may be delays in pickup and slower shipment movement. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly within 60 days of purchase and before sending any items back.

  • For missing items: Share your order number, let us know which item(s) were missing, and provide a photo of the items you did receive (with packaging, if available).

  • For incorrect items: Include a description of the issue and a photo of the item received. For quicker assistance, be sure to include photos of the item's inner and hang tags, as well as the product bag with the label showing.

  • For items with production mistakes: Share a detailed description of the issue, photos of the faulty item, and a picture of the inner white tag with the RN number.
