Update – May 20, 2025

Due to the confirmed Canada Post strike beginning May 23, 2025, we have proactively shifted our shipping services to FedEx and Sendle beginning May 20 and until the strike ends. Sendle will be used for deliveries to remote areas.

Please note that during the strike, we are unable to ship to PO box addresses. A street address will be required for delivery.

For packages shipped before May 19 via Canada Post that are still in transit, we kindly ask for your patience—these shipments will still be delivered, though delays may occur.

Returns
We are currently unable to generate return shipping labels. To support our customers during this time, we’ve extended the return window to 90 days for all orders placed from March - May 2025 and during the strike. We recommend holding off on return shipments until the strike has ended, as postal delays may impact delivery.
