Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Brampton, Ontario, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3 pm EST on Friday will start processing the following week. If Monday is a holiday, processing will begin on Tuesday.
During promotional periods and holidays, processing may be delayed by 1-2 business days due to high order volume.

Please Note:
- For Standard and Free Standard Shipping, we will primarily use Canada Post as the main shipping carrier. However, in special circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, etc.), we may switch to other carriers deemed most suitable.
- Transit time depends on the delivery address. If your address is rural, please include your PO Box address in your shipping information.
- Fulfillment, shipment, and delivery times are estimates and are subject to change due to factors outside our control, including weather, carrier limitations, and holidays.
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
