How do I exchange for a different item, length, or print?Updated 8 months ago

Our returns portal only allows direct exchanges for the same item in a different size. If you would like to exchange for a different item, length or print/color, select 'return for a refund’ when completing your return. 

Then place a new order on our website for the desired item. After you place a new order, let us know and we will waive the return shipping fee and on the new order if applicable, as a one-time courtesy. Future returns for a new print/color will have a return fee and a shipping fee on the new order. We are working to provide an exchange option for a new print/color in the same item and we hope to have it available soon. 

We are glad to be able to provide our customers with the option to exchange for a new size and print/color when most E-commerce companies only offer returns for a refund as an option.
