How do I exchange my gift?Updated 3 months ago

If you have received a RipSkirt as a gift and you have found it is the wrong size, we can help you out! 

*Our return policy is 60 days, as long as the items are unworn/unwashed/new with tags attached and in the original packaging.

You will be asked to enter your contact information so that your exchange order is shipped directly to you. 

You have the option to exchange for a new size. Exchanges can only be processed if the return is mailed using the prepaid Canada Post return label that we provide. 

If you wish to exchange for a different item (such as a different print or length), your friend will need to select "Return for a refund" and place a new order for the desired item.

If you aren't able to print the free prepaid Canada Post return label upon completing the return, you'll receive an email with a link/button to access and print the label later.

Please ship your return back in the original mailer or your own lightweight packaging. Our return labels are weight-sensitive.
