My tracking shows delivered, but I never received it.Updated 5 months ago

If the shipping carrier marked your package as delivered, but you didn't receive it, please go through the following steps:

• Confirm that the shipping address that was entered at checkout is correct.
• Check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail.
• Check with your neighbors, family, or roommate(s). They might have accepted the package for you.
• Check with your local Post Office—they are responsible for delivery after it leaves our warehouse. 
• Something else to consider: If it was delivered and has gone missing—might theft be involved?
